1. Details of the changes.
2. Copy of the Incorporation Certificate and Company Registration documents of the company.
3. The Telephone, Postal and Email address of ​the incoming director​s​ and​/or​ shareholders.
4. The Telephone, email and Postal address of each of directors and shareholders.
5. CLEAR copies of I.Ds for all the directors and shareholders.
6. The residential address of each of the​ incoming​ directors. Giving the plot number, the house number, the estate / building, the nearest road, the locality, the county and the town where each resides.
7. The e-citizen login details of one of the current directors.
8. iTax login details of the ​company.
